Q. What are your terms for taking temporary workers permanently?
A. After 560 hours, you may hire the temporary employee permanently without any fees.
Q. What types of employees do you place?
A. SRI provides a variety of personnel services from receptionists, administrative assistants, office support, general clerical, warehouse workers, assemblers, drivers, driver helpers, whatever your need, we can almost always provide the candidate you are searching for.
Q. How much advance notice do we need to give you to get temporary help?
A. More notice is best; however, if you have a need immediate help, let us know. We can get you a temp in the same day.
Q. Who pays Workers Compensation Insurance?
A. SRI pays all Workers Compensation Insurance costs.
Q. How do you screen candidates?
A. SRI runs reference checks, meets with each candidate and tests individual computer skills.
Q. Do you drug screen?
A.  SRI does drug screening if specifically requested to do so, for more information regarding drug screen, please contact us.

Q. Do I pay you a fee to find me a job?
A. No, our clients pay us a fee to find qualified candidates for their job openings.
Q.  Who pays my salary?
A. You are paid by Staffing Resolutions, until you go permanent with the company.
Q. How do I get my pay check?
A. Pay day is every Friday; you can pick your check up at our location or, if you want it mailed to your house, we will make every effort to have it sent out on Thursday evening. (Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer direct deposit)
Q. What if I don’t like the job you send me to?
A. You need to communicate that to us, and we will make every effort to place you in a position that you would feel better suits your needs.
Q. Does SRI withold taxes from my pay while on assignment?
A. All taxes are withheld
Q. If an assignment ends, how do I get another assignment?
A. We will continue to find you work, provided you are willing and able to take on a new assignment.
